2. How to Request Data Deletion

If you have used Facebook Login to access WeMatri, you may request deletion of the personal information associated with your Facebook account.

Option 1: Request Deletion Through WeMatri

Sign in to your WeMatri account, if possible.
Contact WeMatri Support through the website's support feature.
Select or specify "Data Deletion Request."
Indicate whether you want to delete only your Facebook-linked information or your entire WeMatri account.

Option 2: Request Deletion Through Facebook

Log in to your Facebook account.
Open Settings & Privacy → Settings.
Navigate to Apps and Websites.
Find WeMatri Login.
Select Remove to disconnect the application.
Submit a deletion request to WeMatri Support if you also want information previously shared with WeMatri to be deleted.

Removing WeMatri from Facebook does not automatically guarantee deletion of information already stored in your WeMatri account.

3. What Information Can Be Deleted?

Depending on your request and applicable legal requirements, deletion may include:

Facebook-linked identifiers and authentication connections.
Personal information obtained through Facebook Login.
WeMatri profile details and uploaded photographs.
Account preferences and associated personal information.
Other account-related personal data eligible for deletion.

If you request deletion of only your Facebook-linked information, your WeMatri account may remain active, provided another supported login method is available.

4. Verification and Processing

To protect users against unauthorized deletion requests, WeMatri may verify your identity before processing a request.

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete verified requests within 30 calendar days, unless additional time is required by applicable law or the complexity of the request.
